Affiliate & Partnership Outreach Specialist (SDR)

Wolf of Washington is one of the fastest-growing fintech brands in Europe. We track exactly what politicians buy and sell in the stock market — in real time — and let everyday people invest alongside them. We're doing €300K+ per month and scaling fast.

We're now going all-in on the US creator market — and that's where you come in. We need a relentless American outreach specialist to fill the pipeline with US finance creators and influencers.

You are the tip of the spear. Your job is simple: get finance and investing creators to book a call with us.

You'll work through a target list of YouTubers, Instagram creators, and podcasters, reach out across every channel, and book qualified calls into our calendar. This is a high-volume, high-output role for someone who loves the hunt.

You won't be cold-pitching strangers a random product — you'll be offering creators a genuine business opportunity (recurring income + we do all the work for them). Your job is to get them interested enough to take the call.

• Work through our target list of creators (we provide it; you also build on it).
• Run high-volume outreach across multiple channels — Instagram DM, YouTube/business email, LinkedIn, support forms, cold email (the "rule of 100": ~100 touches/day).
• Personalize our proven outreach scripts for each creator (we provide the templates).
• Follow up relentlessly and professionally until you get a yes or a no.
• Book qualified calls into our team's calendar.
• Log every creator and status accurately in our CRM/tracker.
• Feed back what's working so we sharpen the scripts.

What success looks like (your KPIs)

• Volume: ~100 quality outreach touches per working day.
• Output: 5–8 qualified completed calls per week.
• Quality: booked creators show up and fit our profile (real finance/investing audience, right size).

• US-based or fully on US time zones — you'll DM and call American creators during their hours.
• Native-level American English — your messages and calls must sound like a creator's peer, not a foreign template.
• Cultural fluency with US creators and the finance internet — you get the references, the tone, the platforms.
• Proven outreach / SDR / cold-DM / lead-gen experience (creator or B2B outreach a big plus).
• Genuine hustle — you treat 100 messages/day as normal, not heroic.
• Organized and reliable with follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
• Self-driven in a remote, async environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in finance, investing, or markets.
• Familiarity with creators/influencers and how they think.
• Experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, lemlist) and a CRM.

Compensation

Base plus uncapped commission. We reward results, not hours.

• Base: $1,500/month — everything above is uncapped commission.
• $75 per qualified completed call — a call only counts when the creator (1) shows up, and (2) fits our profile: a real finance / investing / money / politics audience with 50K+ followers on at least one platform.
• Activation bonus when a partner goes live:

Uncapped. Realistic OTE $5,000–8,000/month; top performers $10,000+.
